NARRATIVE
Goldhammer was eastbound on Interstate 90. As she crossed over the bridge deck at Piney Creek, she encountered icy conditions. She lost control of the vehicle and the vehicle went off the Interstate on the south side in a broadside slide. The vehicle rolled 3 - 4 complete times. During the rollover, Lane, who was seated in the backseat, was totally ejected from the vehicle. Lane was not utilizing a seat belt.
